• Experience with HR software (Eg. Bamboo HR, Odoo, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Manage performance review processes and support employee growth.
• Use data analytics to track HR metrics and improve decision-making.
• Oversee HR systems and apply IT tools to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
