Production Manager

Manage the production of specific Dext products and create more efficiency!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1 year of experience in production management
• 1 year of no experience in a technical leadership role

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire production department.
• Lead and motivate the production team to meet targets and uphold quality standards.
• Oversee the development and implementation of systems and machinery to improve efficiency.
• Track and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and process improvements.
• Set up systems for planning, tracking, and reporting.
